General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny’s Regret, Wants Nina Back After The Dust Settles!

According to hints in General Hospital spoilers, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) promptly fired Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) for reporting Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) for insider trading after learning that she had secretly alerted the SEC.

Sonny promptly emailed Nina the divorce documents, which she had just signed. Sonny refused to even speak with Nina, despite her belief that she could rescue her marriage. Nina finally gave up when she realized that Ava Jerome (Maura West) wanted Sonny for herself.

Sonny Corinthos isn’t himself these days!

But doesn’t know that Sonny’s medication for bi-polar disorder has been tampered with. He’s only receiving about a quarter of the dosage he’s been prescribed.

For now, only Ava knows that truth when she had Sonny’s pills tested. Because of the tampered medication, Sonny isn’t acting like himself.

He just sees Nina as one more betrayal in a very long line. Right now, Sonny is isolating from everyone he cares about because he thinks everyone is out to get him.

Sonny Corinthos might have a change of heart!

As far as betrayals go, Sonny has forgiven far worse from other people than Nina, and she didn’t really do anything to him personally. But now that his perspective has changed, he no longer sees things that way.

But Carly and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) have already started to worry that Sonny’s prescription isn’t working properly. Not much longer will it take for the truth to be revealed.

And once he’s back on the right dosage, odds are he could want to give Nina another chance—that is, provided he doesn’t conduct some horrible crime before then.

Nina Reeves may not want Sonny Corinthos after all!

Nina was shocked when she found herself attracted to Drew. In fact, the two of them have been intimate more than once even though they claim to hate each other.

But the more time Nina spends with Drew, the less likely she will want to be with Sonny. Drew and Nina won’t likely ever have a romantic relationship but Nina will now surely see she may not love Sonny as much as she thought she did.

And even if Sonny wants her back, that doesn’t necessarily mean that Nina will feel the same way,

An argument can be made that Nina never really loved the real Sonny anyway, just the amnesiac “Mike” who no longer exists in Sonny’s psyche.

What do you think?

How long until Sonny realizes someone messed with his medication? Will he want Nina back once he’s back on track? Could have moved on from Sonny before he has a change of heart?
